Thank you for logging your fault in relation to your apartment at Edition Como.

A copy of your submission has been forwarded to PACT Construction and Parcel Property for their review and action.

Please note that the following process will occur in relation to addressing the reported fault:

  • PACT Construction will assess the reported fault to determine its severity and urgency.
  • PACT Construction may contact you direct to arrange for a time to inspect or rectify the fault. Please note that for minor faults, PACT Construction may delay rectification to ensure that multiple items can be addressed at one time.

Parcel Property and PACT Construction will conduct a final review of all outstanding faults prior to the end of the after-purchase service period which expires in June 2020. You will be advised at this time if any further action is required.
